Pleased to announce BIG NEWS ON THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY.
Thanks to the dedication and relentless work of Jodi Zephier, James' niece, we are going to have a book-signing of Dakota Warrior-The Story of James R. Weddell in James' native land. This is a great opportunity for the family who couldn't make it to Los Angeles last April, particularly meaningful since South Dakota is where James is from, and Rapid City the city where he spent his first year as a free man, right at the foothills of the sacred Paha Sapa that he defended for all his life.
I hope to see lots of family and friends there. It is a free event and everybody is welcome. The book-signing will also be filmed for the documentary we are producing so everybody present there will be part of it. Show up South Dakotans, come to honor JRW!
